In-mold pressing is a specialized technique for creating high-strength, dimensionally stable rubber-foam composites. This process ensures consistent adhesion and structural integrity for industrial applications. Here's how we execute it:
**Step 1: Attaching the Hot Melt Adhesive Film to the Rubber Sheet**
Lay the hot melt adhesive film flat on the rubber sheet, ensuring it is smooth and free of wrinkles. Then, apply heat and pressure at 180℃ for 3-6 seconds. After the thermal pressing is completed, carefully peel off the protective film from the adhesive layer.

**Step 2: Cutting the Adhesive-Bonded Rubber Sheet**
Place the rubber sheet with the hot melt adhesive into a cutting device. Use a die or blade to precisely cut it into the required shape and dimensions according to the design specifications. Ensure clean edged and avoid excessive stretching to prevent delamination of the adhesive layer.

**Step 3: Thermal Pressing and Cooling**
1. Place the pre-cut rubber sheet precisely into the bottom mold.
2. Position the foam base directly on top of the rubber sheet (without spreading, maintaining its original shape).
3. Apply thermal pressing at 160℃ for 480 seconds to ensure complete bonding between the rubber and foam base.
4. After pressing, cool the assembly for 480 seconds to stabilize the struction.
5. Remove the final product and inspect for bonding strength and inspect for bonding strength and dimensional compliance.
