Leather shoes are a common type of footwear. Because of their good air permeability and toughness, they are widely welcomed by men, women, old and young. So what is the manufacturing process of leather shoes? Let's introduce it below.

A. Raw material preparation
--- Upper: Usually leather materials made from animal leather such as cow, sheep, and horse are selected. The fur side of the leather is used as the "lining" of the shoe, and the other side is used as the "face" of the shoe.
---Sole: Rubber or plastic of various materials are used, and there are also soles made of materials such as silk cloth.

B. Shoemaking process
1. Shoe pattern making: According to the design drawings of the shoe designer, first make the "shoe last" and "shoe upper". Through these two types of boards, the actual size and shape of the shoe are determined.

2. Partitioning and cutting: According to the model made by the shoe last, the shoes are divided into different parts, and the upper, upper, shoe lining, etc. are cut.

3. Sewing the upper: First, sew the upper to the upper, and then assemble the upper strip, back strip and other uppers into a whole according to the process requirements.

4. Making the sole: Select the appropriate sole material, then use the shoe machine to hook it into the sole form, and perform welding, pressing and other tooling processing to make the molded sole.

5. Gluing and nailing shoes: Glue the prepared upper and sole together, or nail the upper to the sole with special nails, and perform coloring and drying treatment processes.

6. Shaping and trimming: Stuff the finished shoes into the shoe last, heat them on the shaping machine, take them out after hot pressing, and apply a certain amount of pressure. Then trim and polish the toe, heel and other parts.

7. Innovation and packaging: The shoes after the above treatment cannot be worn immediately, and they need to be further coated with shoe polish, waxed, polished, and finally perform workmanship, leather rubbing, shaping, folding, stacking and other meticulous handicrafts. After completing the above processes, they are packaged and stacked for sale.
The above is the process flow of leather shoe making. Different shoe making processes may vary, but basically they all follow these steps. In the process of shoe making, each step requires rigorous control by experienced technicians to ensure the quality and comfort of each pair of shoes.
