What are your payment terms?
T/T 30% deposit, and 70% balance before shipping is the normal way.

A: We will arrange sample confirmation before mass production. During the production, we have professional QC staff control the quality and manufacture in accordance with the confirmed sample. A: Yes. All designs are welcomed. But please send designs with clear information. (Excel, Word, PDF). Then please send your design or logo to our email. In addition, This part needs to reach a certain amount, the specific quantity we can communicate by mail.
How can I estimate the cost including the freight & tax?
A: We can offer DDP service(door to door shipment with tax paid)
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: Samples will be shipped by express(EMS, UPS, DHL, TNT, FEDEX and etc). And bulk orders will be shipped by sea, by air, or train, please confirm with us before placing orders.
