Tips for shoe production

1. Reasons for shoe degumming
a. The pressure of the press machine is not enough after the sole is attached;
b. The upper and the sole are covered with wind;
c. The glue has dried and is not sticky;
d. When attaching, the fan blows to the front of the sole, causing it to not stick

2. How to tell whether the glue is completely dry:
a. If it is water-based glue, then after the sole or the upper comes out of the oven, if there are white spots on the glue surface, it means that the glue is not dry;
b. If it is oil-based glue, after it comes out of the oven, use your fingers to gently scrape the glue surface. If it can slide, it means The glue is not dry, otherwise the opposite will happen.

3. Treatment agent and hardener
a. When bonding the outsole, the treatment agent is used to corrode the attachments on the sole to make it easier for the sole to stick to the glue, and all treatment agents must be completely dry, otherwise it will have the opposite effect.
b. How to distinguish whether the treatment agent is dry: smell it with your nose. If there is no smell, it means that the treatment agent has dried.
c. If the outsole material is relatively soft, add a hardener to the glue to make the sole harder.

4. How to inspect the goods
---Appearance requirements

b, insufficient glue adhesion, can't meet the minimum standard required by customers or can be easily pulled off by hand;
c, whether the lining is wrinkled and may cause scratches on the feet, etc.;

---Packing
