The first step in creating a custom shoe sample is to develop a shoe last that matches the design and outsole. A last is a mold that resembles the shape of a foot and is used to give the shoe its desired shape and size

Upper Paper Pattern
Once the last is created, the upper paper pattern is designed and placed on the last. This pattern will outline the shoe's silhouette and construction, including all the necessary pieces required for the design such as the vamp, quarters, and any decorative elements
With the pattern ready, the chosen material is carefully traced and cut according to the pattern. This step requires precision to ensure that each piece is cut correctly, which is essential for the shoe's final fit and appearance.
After cutting, any custom logos or branding elements are added to the materials. This could be done through embroidery, printing, or heat transfer, depending on the design requirements.

Upper Stitching and Final Assembling
The cut pieces are then stitched together to form the shoe upper. Various stitching techniques can be employed, from machine stitching for precision to hand stitching for a more artisanal look.
The final step is to assemble the shoe upper with the outsole. This involves attaching the upper to the outsole, which can be done using adhesives or stitching, depending on the manufacturing method
