Q: What are your main products?

Q: You are a factory or company?

We are a company with our own factory which specialized in shoes manufacturing and exporting for many years.

 

Q: How long the mass production will take?

Normally it takes 30-45 days after confirmation samples and deposit.

 

Q: As a new customer, I want to know the payment terms between us.

Normally the following two terms of payment are acceptable:

1) 30% T/T as deposit, 70% T/T before dispatch the cargo for first cooperation.

2) From second order, 30% deposit by T/T before mass production, and the balance should be paid upon you got the copy of B/L, after we got the balance payment, we will send you the original documents for cargo release.

3) For order shipped by air, by express or door to door delivery, balance has to be paid before shipment.
