The toe area is reinforced just enough to resist creasing without looking bulky.

The collar and tongue – padded with a slow-rebound foam. This is where most flat sneakers fail (heel slippage, rubbing).

We changed the density three times until it held the foot without pressure.

The insole – perforated EVA, not cheap foam. Breathable, removable, and no fake "arch support" that doesn't belong in a flat shoe.

Every pair goes through a simple but strict check: hand-flex test, torsion test, and a quick wear trial. Not just machine sampling.
