Q1: Can I get a sample to check the quality before placing a bulk order?

A: Yes, absolutely. We offer two types of samples to meet your needs:

Stock Samples: We can send existing shoes in a similar style to check craftsmanship and sizing. This option is cost-effective and delivers within 3–5 days.

Customized Samples: Built from scratch with your logo and design requirements. The sample fee ranges from $50 to $150 USD per pair (excluding new mold costs) and takes 15–20 working days.

Q2: How do you guarantee footwear quality before shipment?

A: With over 15 years of manufacturing experience, we have established a mature and strict quality control system. Our dedicated QC team monitors every stage of production-from raw material inspection, cutting, embossing, and upper lasting, to final packaging. Every pair must pass a rigorous finished-product test before being approved for loading.

A: Our standard payment term is a 30% T/T deposit upfront to start production, with the remaining 70% balance due before shipping.
